Duke Gardens Plum Yew is a slow-growing, spreading, evergreen shrub. It has soft, glossy, dark green (almost back-green) foliage. Performs wonderfully in a shade garden or in woodland conditions. It is drought tolerant once established. This plant is also deer-resistant. Will tolerate many soil conditions, so long as it is well drained. First discovered in Duke Gardens in 1958.
